I am new with SEO and currently trying and working on submissions of articles. forms with signatures. directory submissions, bookmarking. but i want to know about panda what its role is?

Google Panda update is basically consider on content quality which is targeted upon low quality content site that mean sites which copy content from other websites & not unique in their area. This update came out for filtering & eliminating of duplicate content.
