Quesiton about table layout - Site Owners Forums

Let's say I have a 3 column table. Left column for the side menu, center column just for spacing, right column for body of the page.

How can I specify that I want the left and center columns to be exactly X pixels wide, and the right column should just be as wide as the left over space? I'm sure I'm just missing something simple.
