We all have to take care of our health. Everyone knows that it is important to do sports and eat healthy food. Also, it is necessary to give up bad habits. I personally also avoid taking medications without an urgent need. And I double-check the info about the pills I'm going to take (here Canada Drugs helps me a lot).
