I think Google+ is much more better. Twitter now days has a lot of spam users. I don't like twitter.

there is lot of speculations about who is the best
I believe Facebook is best for traffic, engaging with friends, sharing contents and links, business promotions

it depends, if you want back-links from google G+ is good, but if you want traffic Twitter is good.

goole looks very nice and because it is google it will have alot of power over seo if used right but does not have enough users yet and twitter has most people using it
