i don't think so it would have any such effect on the seo.

Nope. If you are changing the title of an article which is going to use in off page SEO, than it doesn't affect to SEO process. But, if you are changing the title of your website article, then it will affect your SEO.

No, it doesn't effect on seo because it is count in link building strategy. You can change your article title.
