Both are important. Without backlinks, your website will not rank well in search engine results. And without traffic, your website will not become popular among audience.

Both. Traffic for Website and backlinks are for traffic. For any website traffic is the most essential factor. Without good amount of traffic it is useless to have a website or business. And Backlinks are backbone to generate traffic.

Both Things are Important for your ranking. both things are inter connected if you create good quality backlinks you should get good traffic from them.

Both for sure. Cannot say really which one is better... Backlinks get ur site ranked better on search engines + drive traffic to ur websites. And ranking better also improves ur traffic.

Both are important terms in SEO.If you have more backlinks generates then your site reliable in Search engine and if your site reliable search engine then your can get more and more traffic.Therefore both are important in my opinion.
