Page rank can be increased by good content and building backlinks from external domains. But today page rank is of no use as Google has stopped updating their page rank algorithm since the past couple of years.

put some fresh and unique content in the website and follow the seo techniques then improve the backlinks and page rank will be improved.

Now google not update the Page Rank. Now Consider only Domain Authority. It's same like Page Rank.

1.Focus on your content 2.Update your website regularly with new content 3.Ensure that your In content matches your site description and keywords 4.Optimize your p ages 5.Avoid overloading your site with keywords 6.Utilize backlinks 7.Create and submit your sitemap 8.Capitalize on social networks

You need to do promote your website with quality backlinks from this steps you will get good backlinks and when Google will update their page rank then I hope your page rank will increase.
