Firstly this business is not at all confusing. Only there is a competition of among brokers & agents. Who spoil the market and make sellers life miserable. This the only business which is not very much successful through online. If you want to purchase a flat buy it on loan even though if you have money in your wallet, because the bank will do all the investigations before approving a loan you can be relaxed. Regards.
