Keyword is one of the most important elements of website , build a website without keyword is not possible & most important thing is that someone will find your website by searching the keywords.

Keyword density is the percentage of times a keyword or phrase appears on a web page compared to the total number of words on the page. In the context of search engine optimization keyword density can be used as a factor in determining whether a web page is relevant to a specified keyword or keyword phrase.

Keyword density in SEO is percentage (%) of keywords present in that web page in comparison with total number of words present in that page.
Alexa ranking is a rank given by Alexa.com to any website or blog based on traffic, it depends on SEO, and if you are doing it right you will have a better Alexa rank.

I think keyword is used in 2 or 3 times for content and Alexa is used for traffic in your site

Keyword density should be : about 2% in your content.such as your content is about 300 words then your keywords should not be more then 6 time ( include title,description and content )

Keyword density is generally used for keyword stuffing in content. You can use maximum 4 keyword density in one article.
Alexa is used for the reputation of your website and for checking the traffic.

Normally the keyword density is 2% to 3%.
