Grey hat SEO is used to rank higher in SERP's using techniques such as 301 redirects, cloaking etc. You should use them very carefully.

Gray Hat SEO refers a practice of combining White Hat SEO and Black Hat SEO. It is much more risk from White Hat SEO. But you will not get considered as spam. It is also an technique to get the website rank on SERP. But the Gray Hat SEO is bit risky then White Hat SEO. It may or may not result in your website being banned.

Gray hat seo is the combination of white hat and black hat, in this techniques we work sometimes positive way and sometimes go with negative way but i will suggest you don't go with negative way. just try to do positive way, you can do work short but effectively. it will be definitely beneficial for you and your business. i hope you will get my point.
