Try posting comments in relevant blogs. Forum posting, submitting articles in unique article directories are also part of good SEO.

The best SEO tips:

1- Create dofollow backlinks, that all should be from higher pagerank.
2- Use social media to advertise your product.
3- Write articles about usage of your product related service.
4- Analyze the SEO status of your competitors.
5- Create knowledgeable blogs related to your products.
6- Don't go for paid SEO services, they can harm you.

Have a domain name having cigarette as a word. Submit your url to google. Start writing articles and blog. Help other in web forums and generate links through signatures. Remember page relevance.
