Google increase the importance and value of Google + in it's search result. It's also become parameter for the giving reviews about site, products. So google + is currently one of the best social network for personal and professional usage.

I think all of Facebook's limitations were formed in Google+. that is why Facebook is attempting to reinvent itself currently that Google+ is doing fine despite its slow growth once it involves active users.
