Yes all this is true and there is huge profit in this business. That is the reason I have chosen real estate as my career. Currently I am working for the Luxury Real Estate in Dove mountain but very soon I will launch my own Real Estate company!

A Real Estate Broker should able to promote your properties and they will make buyer and seller meet together. he should have ability to do reasonable transactions.

I think Now a days use of real estate agent is reducing because online websites are educating the people for what they want.

Real Estate brokers do get a title report that has a list of all the liens on a property, tax liens, mechanics liens, and judgments as well as any other liens that might be on a property. The check them to see it they are what the property owner told them.

Buying through broker is a good idea but they charges very high commission and some brokers are also fake, they cheat the clients.
