Why are my employees leaving so quickly?
Without increasing salary, what are the other ways to motivate employees to continue working for a company?

Employees want to have a sense of meaning in what they do. All of the awards in the world are insignificant next to the ability to "own" your work product and take pride in doing something important.

Only employee recognition program can help your company get the best results. Employee recognition is essential in keeping levels of productivity, as well as motivation.
