There are a lot of high page rank and do-follow article's sites can help you to get good figure of traffic as well as backlinks and this practice can help you to get good SERP position.

ezine article is the best article marketing website, and honestly i will not recommend you that you find hundreds of article marketing websites and post crappy spun content on them , because Google give authority to content. You should post quality content on quality websites.
