You can remove a URL from index using following points.

-og on to your Google Webmasters account
-Select the website or domain name associated with the URL that you want to remove. Then go to Optimization > Remove URLs.
-Click Create a New Removal Request
-Enter the URL of the specific page or directory that you wish to remove from the Google Index and click Continue.
-Select Remove page from search results and cache if you would like to delete a specific page. Select Remove directory if you would like to remove a directory.
-Click Submit Request.

Through webmaster tools, you can easily remove any url from the site or you can add a nofollow attribute on the page or you can notify search engine not to crawl the page through Robot text file.

I have been denied by the Google Removal Tool for the reason robots.txt and meta are set up inappropriate. I can do nothing because this blog does not exists already and instead 404 error I get the message: this blog no longer exits.
