The Google Sandbox is an alleged filter placed on new websites. The result is that a site does not receive good rankings for its most important keywords and keyword phrases. Even with good content, abundant incoming links and strong Google PageRank, a site is still adversely affected by the Sandbox effect.

The Google Sandbox Effect is a theory used to explain why newly-registered domains or domains with frequent ownership changes rank poorly in Google Search Engine Results Pages (SERPS). In other words new websites are put into a “sandbox” or a holding area and have their search ratings on hold until they can prove worthy of ranking.

If you can't find your website on Google, It's mean that your website is in sandbox

Google sandbox is a theory in which google places a webpage or site on a spam zone which means the ranking of the site decreases and the traffic to the site also decreases.

Whenever you launch a new website based on a new domain, Google Sandbox is believed to happen and is also known as Sandbox effect. However there is no official confirmation yet from Google. It is a time period until which your keyword rankings would be made low which normally extends for a couple of months. This is to ensure the website is not a spam and also to ensure the website is not solely meant for SERP rankings and for generating profit. It is a technique to remove websites introduced through Black Hat SEO practices which involves automatic creation of backlinks in large volumes towards the sites which they want to rank.

It brings impatience, stress, caffeine O.D. cases, traffic jams, and major market disruptions, so that some of the famous, but willing to remain anonymous, conspiracy theorists refer to it as the Beast from the Revelations. |

The Google Sandbox is an alleged filter placed on new websites. Something where in new sites are at the bottom of the rankings even if your optimizing.
