Keyword stuffing is a SEO technique,An ideal approach to picking and implement keywords is to assign those keywords which are mainstream, applicable to our content, involves high search volume and powerful. Stuffing and other employment of keywords must be avoided. Keeping in mind the end goal to get best result and impact, our pages shouldn't contain a keyword density more than 3-4%. Counting keywords in title and description recommended.
