If you want to get pr you are to make you site friendly to searching engines by providing people with quality and interesting content,also build relevant back links and advertise your site to get traffic.good luck.

To gain high page rank, you must to follow these techniques:
• Use proper key words
• Unique content
• High quality back links
• Social networking and Book marking
• Off page techniques such as forum posting, blog commenting and article submission

There is no any exact way to gaining PageRank or high search engine rankings – no matter what you hear. Why? Because search engines are CONSTANTLY CHANGING the algorithms (or formulas) by which they rank sites. They do this to level the playing field. No one can monopolize search engine rankings since the rules are always changing.

By doing quality work, do bookmarking, providing backlinks , write an article cause many users take keen interest in reading an article etc...

Daily post a new topic or article in your site which is called content updation and must see that it would be a unique and not a copy from any where on the web. The second thing choose a set of key words that you want to rank your site and start link building for those keywords as anchor texts. Do it in a lighter way and better your link building would be on every alternate day with a minimum 15 to 20 links per day is enough for google ranking.
