Look you can solve your problems from many tips.
1. If you are telling about your website backlinks so you can send request to those website owner and tell hem to remove your backlinks from there website you can disavow to remove your backlinks. 2. But if you asking how to remove links from your site then you can delete a page or you can Demot the page to help google webmaster.

First of all we should contact the web master and request them to remove the link and then we should use google and bing disarrow tool to remove bad links
