If we have several hundred domain names currently using a park page, would we be better served having them redirect to our corporate homepage for SEO purposes?

There will not any SEO benefit from redirecting park page to corporate home page.

Yes, you can redirect it your homepage but if you are thinking that your search engine ranking will increase by this. Then it is wrong.

There will be no effect of doing this.

Redirect is a way to send both users and search engine to different URL from the one they originally requested.

Yes, you can redirect it your homepage but it can make slow to load your site, remember all
domains is relevant with main domain or you will not get real ranking.
