Can Anyone tell me the names of best social networking sites from where i can get the backlinks within few days?

It is best to just use forums rather than social networking sites. As the post above mentioned most are "nofollow".

Social media sites are often no follow so it's not good for backlinks but it is good for getting actual people to look at your site.

Yes you can get the backlink from Google plus, Twitter, Facebook, Myspace and other Social media sites but they all "Nofollow" But it's good to generate traffic to your site No-follow backlink is also important.

my space, delecious,redit are those sites which give you dofollow backlinks.I think rest of sites give you no follow links.

All the social networking website provide No-Follow links for business and websites. these links are only useful for redirecting the users to our website. All the No-Follow link are not be consider in Back-link these all the link is called as Link-Juice. You may use Social networking website for SMO Purpose and help you to increase business traffic.
