If you are on Wordpress then Use any cache plugin (eg. W3 Total Cache, Wp super cache, hyper cache.) You can also try any CDN service (eg. CloudFlare, Max CDN)..

Optimizing page load time is very crucial. Google loves fast loading pages. More the site is fast, more it will receive search traffic. You already got a lot of useful tips. I am sharing what I do to optimize my page loading.

Use a CDN service - I prefer CloudFlare
Don't upload heavy image files. Light-weight files load faster.
Optimize caching

If yours is a wordpress site, then you can use W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache plugin . You can also use the GTmetrix for WordPress plugin to test your load time.

1. Get clear on how you want your site to work.
2. Stop throwing money at the wrong problem.
3. Be mindful of mobile.
4. Manage your image sizes.
5. Examine JavaScript coding.
