Funny, what is the difference? In gym you can also run, Aside from gym I also do some belly dancing.

Interesting fact - there was a study done on people who regularly ran outside vs people who regularly run on treadmills. The people running outside had developed stronger bone density, makes sense I guess; and there were some other findings that I can't seem to recall just now.

I do both. I run for 15 mins a day then a 45 minute workout. Im trying to slim down and gain muscle.

Light gym is better for fitness. Running is the whole body activist and it is highly recommendable for daily fitness activities.

I like running, gym i don't like, if we run along the roads we can enjoy alot and we feel good.
