Which one is better is depends upon what you want to do.
If you want to make the games on windows platform i think every one use C#.NET. |

Flash game development is quite different from other game development like pc game, browser game etc. so choosing language for game development is totally depends upon what types of game you want to develop. Then you can go with your preferred languages
