Employing a web company that does link building and puts bad links to your website is a bad thing as you can be penalised by google for things like that.

Use keywords without using keyword planner. Use duplicate content in web page, Poor site structure these are the general SEO mistakes.

Priority in 2015 is responsive website, if your website isn't optimized/designed user friendly for mobile users you have to forget about the rankings.

301 Redirection is common mistake in seo domain running at www and not www both and also index page with .com and .com/index.htm

There are SEO Mistakes Many Bloggers Makes while Promoting Their Content Promote Their Posts in low Authority Sites which have low trust Rank. While Promoting on Facebook or Google+ they Share Their Post on too many Groups like more than 50 which leads to Spamming. Promote Their Post Links in Comments without right Keyword which Decrease their Post Ranking in Search Engines. i Hope this Little info will Help you.
