I am also working on this and the key aspects seem to be:
- Quality content to get positive audience reactions (including comments, thumbs up, sharing and good audience retention)
- Keyword relevance to appear easy and frequently on Google and Youtube search results. Title and description are key aspects.
- Consistency of the Channel: Keep producing good content over a consistent schedule, which eventually increases the channel strength.

Take care when choosing the title of your video: this is probably one of the biggest factors that will draw viewers in. Think about how people would stumble upon your video if they were to manually search for it. Thumbnails are also an extremely important factor, as a well presented thumbnail will catch the attention of your viewer base and tempt them to check out the video.

I think the most important thing is you create good and unique content.
Both the content and visible quality must be nice. Then, you need to put
relevant keywords also.
