Move to HostGator?

I'm with Dreamhost right now.. got in on a cheap deal years ago. I've been too lazy to keep myself at the best host, but my friend keeps telling me to move over to Host Gator?

Should I? I'm just on one of the shared hosting plans. I run a Wordpress blog I find to be extremely slow on Dreamhost. Maybe I customized it too much or maybe they just totally oversell CPU resources. Do you think it would be wise to move over and expect an improvement?

Frankly speaking, can express the point that they have doubtful reputation.
Some webmasters say that they provide bad support because of the big number of clients, so that they have no time to support all clients.

I'd recommend you to have a look at hostdone.com Cheap Web Hosting solutions.
I'd like to say that I have great network uptime and the connection speed is fast at least by my standards.

Hostgator is overcrowded. IMO. If you want to be a client not just a number for your provider - choose smaller company.
I recommend you marblehost.com.
They have good experience. Read the Critical overview - https://tinyurl.com/forex-vps-overview

Why do you want to move to them?
I think there are more trustworthy companies to transfer all your files.
