I am in search of a decent dedicated server and two hosts are under my consideration - hostingsource.com and yougottohaveithosting.co.za. Which host is better to sign up with and why?

If I were you I would do good amount of research on both of these web hosts, check their reviews, assess their web hosting support, check past security and up-time records, etc. I'm really unsure about both of these web hosts but from my experience, I can recommend you AccuWebHosting. They are in business since 2003 and they have skilled and friendly support.

I vote for yougottohaveithosting.co.za, their dedicated servers are ideal for Mailing as they provide 100% whitelisted IP’s do not block port 25 and can offer up to a /22 subnet.
Prices are affordable. Support is helpful around the clock. |

As an alternative one, you can use 4Goodhosting. According to my experience, support is exceptional, very responsive. They respond in minutes and not hours. My websites are hosted without any glitch. Never had any downtime either. Servers are so fast and very reliable. Pricing is reasonable. Just give them a try without any doubt.

Make sure to contact them and see if they can do services for you such as restarts etc fast. Also confirm what kind of conditions your server would be kept under - that is very important.
