Q: Can I pay monthly?
A: Sorry, unfortunately we can only offer our amazingly low pricing if you
pay yearly.

Q: Are the 100 Mbps really non-shared?
A: Yes.

Q: Any other upgrades besides the 120 GB SSD upgrade possible?
A: Unfortunately not.

Q: Can I pay monthly if you add some EURs on the monthly price?
A: Unfortunately not, sorry!

Q: Do you provide any other payment methods besides PayPal or bank
transfer?
A: Unfortunately not.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Sorry, unfortunately not.

Q: Why does it take 10 days for the server to be ready?
A: All servers are purchased for each customer individually, that is why it
takes a while.

Q: Can my server be ready sooner if I pay some EURs extra?
A: Unfortunately not, sorry.

Q: Which OSes do you provide?
A: Once your server hardware is ready, we will send you the IPMI login data, and you can then install any OS that you'd like by yourself through
the IPMI web interface. You just need a netinstall .iso file of your favourite OS.

Q: Can you install the OS for me?
A: If you'd like, we can pre-install CentOS for a one-time fee of 25 EUR.
By default the server comes without any OS pre-installed.

Q: Do you provide Windows?
A: No, but you can install it by yourself via IPMI if you have an .iso and
a license.

Q: Do you provide cPanel, DirectAdmin etc.?
A: Nope, sorry.

Q: Can I upgrade from 60 GB to 120 GB later on?
A: Unfortunately not. Please choose either 60 or 120 GB when you order.

Q: Can I get IPv6 addresses?
A: Yes! We provide them without charging them.
