Google not give any importance to no follow backlinks but it help to increase traffic and backlinks to your website.

One thing for sure is that having nofollow backlinks will not do any harm, but a backlink profile that does not contain a good percentage of them could appear unnatural to Google and could do harm.

Yes, nofollow backlinks are also counted by search engine.

Nofollow links are also useful as these links are also counted by the Google webmaster. No follow links can generate good traffic for your site.

There are different strategies for the link building and if you do not use the nofollow links and dofollow links together it becomes a bit funny. The best is to use all types of link if you want to optimize the site.
