quick css question

Is there a way I can use an external style sheet to get every link in a document to open in a new page (target="_blank") ? Im using an imported sheet in a number of pages and I am hoping I can just indicate in the sheet that all links open a new browser window, instead of having to go through each of the documents that use the sheet and add target="_blank" to each link.

Thanks for any help
