Here are some suggestions for the Healthy Life:
1. Do Exercise. 2. Avoid Eating Oily food. 3. Avoid Eating Junk Food. 4. Drink more water. 5. Take Fresh Fruit Juices and Coconut Water. 6. Do Meditation. 7. Take Food at proper timings.

1) Don't eat junk food 2) Every Morning had karela juice 3) Avoid oily food 4) Drink lot of water and in night before go to sleep take 1 glass of water 5) After taking dinner move for walk.................

How much weight do you have? If you own heavy weight don't eat more. And do exercise regularly in order to keep safe and sound.
