Confused in SEO types and methods
I have totally confused in remember the SEO types and methods.Some websites were described the SEO method is 1.ON page 2.OFF page and type as 1.White hat 2.Black hat 3.Gray hat.
But some websites were described the SEO method is 1.White hat 2.Black hat 3.Gray hat and type as 1.ON page 2.OFF So what is the actual meaning for SEO methods and types?

Off Page Optimization - Link building submission for getting top keyword ranking There are two techniques. 1. Black hat techniques - It is techniques that getting top keyword ranking using keyword stuffing, hidden content, link, spamming and more. 2. White Hat techniques - You followed Google Webmaster guidelines. |

SEO types are described as on page optimization and off page optimization. It is the type you can use to optimize any website. SEO methods are what hat techniques, black hat techniques and gray hat techniques. All the techniques used to create backlink are come under these three techniques.

SEO - Search Engine Optimization - use for website ranking in search engine.
SEO have two major Type (i) On-page (ii) Off-Page (i) On-Page have Title Description, Keywords, Alt tags, (ii) Off-Page have Forums, Directory submission , Social bookmarking, Document sharing, Image/Video sharing, etc etc.

SEO is of Two type:
1. ON-Page 2. Off-Page and there are two main categories which divide the Both SEO type in different different categories. 1. ON-Page = Sub categories " White Hat, Black hat, Gray Hat " Strategies to follow in ON-page optimization. e.g: Keyword stuffing, Duplicate content, clocking 2. OFF-Page = Sub categories " White Hat, Black hat, Gray Hat " Strategies to follow in OFF-page optimization. e.g: Duplicate links, Link spam, Providing same article for back-links.
