why backlinks are not appearing in tool report - Site Owners Forums

Hi, everyone.
I am new to blogging. I have a website for which I created few HR backlinks at sites such as Microsoft (in profile), facebook (in profile and post both), at youtube (in profile), google plus (in profile and post both), twitter (in profile and post both), slidershare.net (in profile), at Reddit (in profile and post both), and at many related blogging sites. But these links are not appearing in the link checker tools. I have tried many tools.
Can somebody help, what could be the reason?

My site is also not penalized by Goole. I have verified it with one of the tools available on the internet. Do I need to submit URLs of my backlinks to Google regularly for indexing? If you know the answer, please help.
