Shared Border in MS Frontpage Affecting Page Rank?

Hello,

I have a website which has 20 links from main page. Those 20 links still go inside my website. The index page has PR 5 and the 20 links has PR 4.

I am planning to use Shared Border feature from MS Frontpage to ease me changing the links.

If you use MS Frontpage, you will see that the shared border only uses one line in HTML rather than having 20 links shown in the HTML.

If I change my links to shared border, would it affect the PR for 20 pages?
