The real estate broker definition is good and I am agree with you on the role of real estate broker. But average commission is not 5-7%, it is 4-5% in the lower investment, if a broker dealing a higher volume property then it could be down.

A real estate broker is a person whom few like but have to deal with at some point. For many, a broker is a necessary evil if the aim is to buy, sell or rent a property, simply because no one else knows about available properties and the legal requirements

You genuine estate merchant definition is profitable and I am agree by all of you on the nature of trustworthy estate broker. But common commission is not 5-7%, it is 4-5% in the decline investment, if a merchant dealing a higher non fiction property previously it credible down.
