yes, still very useful for creating backlinks, if we used quality article sites. I recommend only ezine article and self-growth article website.

Article submission is very useful on high quality sights and on related industries' sites. This is a great way to grow your back links and increase domain authority. However, low quality submission sites will probably do more harm than good.

Yes Article submission is very effective way for getting quality back-links for your website it is alive still . if you submit unique article, than it effective otherwise it's a spamming. Its a very useful but its depend on you.
