Reciprocal Link exchange
is reciprocal link exchange helpful?It makes my site keywords ranking on the first page of Google .Huhh but still people ran before 3 way !!!

link exchange is helpful to get backlinks, but it consider as black hat technique however you can't get good traffic from this technique. It is just helpful to rank your website and get good page rank.

Basically, reciprocal link is a way to exchange process between two webmaster for a website to our website.
Yes, It is helpful to improve traffic and ranking of a website.
