check their page quality. Check if that website is penalized or not. Check that website's outgoing links
Do not create a backlinks from low quality Porn sites, blogs & websites. If you found this kind of backlinks then disavow those links.

Back links Sites need to be high page rank as well as your niche related then only its useful for your websites else its waste of time, so be careful while selecting the backlinks. Let us know, if you required any help to select backlinks.

Creating backlinks and post it with high PR and DA sites will increase the traffic. So high PR and DA sites are the good sources of getting organic traffic. In this way, You will get that high PR and DA sites are the sites that you will choose as backlink sites.
