In gaussian blur the image is blurred as per apropriate rate using gaussian method. This is used in graphic editing & image editing. In gaussian blur tool the clarity of the image is reduced in a foggy manner.

Gaussian blur is the outcome of blurring an image by a Gaussian function. This is broadly used effect in graphics software, usually to decrease image sound and decrease detail. It is also known Gaussian smoothing.
