There are many YouTube channels that whenever they publish a new video it gets millions of views and since they have Adsense linked to their account they make quite a bit of money!

If you are looking for some genuine ways , Firstly you must try to provide good content in your niche.

Without something good people are not going to come back to you channel. If you want loyal subscribers want people to check your all videos after watching any of it, you must give some time to produce the content and then bring it live to your audience.

Initially you need to have some patience but not too late your will thank for it.

Video are just like content if you have attention seeking Title and content it is very obvious you got a kind of hit you are looking for.
But while posting video, keep few things in mind like like content, videos are also crawled by the crawlers and display them in SERPs, when it got good number of views. And in order to increase views or hits there are some steps you must follow, like, create attention grabbing title with focused keywords and writing such description that can give complete information about your video, Creating Tags by using all the important element of your video, Give proper and most relevant name to the video,and then sharing and proper promotions are some of the things you must keep in check.

Yes, You are Right, but they channel very optimized YouTube Channel and promoting personal videos after that who has simply uploaded a video and million subscribers automatically come on this channel. If you want to increase views on YouTube Channel, you must promote videos on social networks and do to complete work on YouTube Channel like Word Art, Description, Image Thumbnail Must be Insert in Videos, Tags Keyword Location etc.
