Google is giving more attention to the content of the website.If you are producing a good quality content , keeping in view the customers interest and you are not writing for only search engines.If you use the duplicate content than you will be hit by Google Panda and you have to bear the Google penalty to penalized your site.

Some important tips here:
Content should be grammatically strong.
Content should be informative as per of user view.
Title must be descriptive .
Don't use more repeated keyword.
