Hello. Among all that sites that you have posted I prefer to use Facebook, Google + and Twitter Social Networking Sites. They help me a lot. They are very useful!

Facebook is the no1 that is not any question about that. I always use the facebook and twitter in my seo work.

I like to use LinkedIn, and Google+ they give me instant result, and facebook now becoming fakebook.
