Forum links is best because in article site first administrator check your article then approve but forum is good its give directly approval.

Hello,

Both has their own importance and both are best for back links. So we need to create backlinks from both the resource. If you are doing well on forum and getting links too then sure it will be more and more beneficial.

Hope you understood.

Participating in relevant forums can bring you quality traffic and quality back links. Articles can be used for back links but there are many difficulties like you must have a quality content to be published.

If links are achieved through articles then these are better than forums links. Otherwise forums links are also not bad.

As per my experience, both are the best. But I prefer more forums links because they give good quality links and also give good amount of visitors for a website.

Both are important but you should not submit one article in too many article directories. Otherwise both Forums and Articles are good for link building.

I think article submission links is best to get good ranking in search engine. forum's links are also good but article submission is best for unique visitors.
