Would like to know which is good among the two for checking the SEO metrics, for Mozilla Firefox.

Google toolbar is built to check spelling, block pop up, translate and bookmark, it is more suitable for general audience. The only feature for SEO is check page rank.

SEO Quake is mainly design for webmaster, it allow them to check number of backlink, alexa traffic......

I am using SEO Quake since last 1 year for checking SEO Metrics and it is working fine for me. So, I want to suggest you for it.
