Steps to start SEO for new site?
Hi,
If you got a new fresh site to work on.You need to do following steps if you have a brand new website. Brand New Site Checklist: (0-1 month old site) a. Search Engine Submission to be done just after on page optimization as a first step of off page optimization. b. 1 SB a day (only in trusted SB Sites like digg,reddit etc…) c. 5 Directory Submissions a day d. 2 forums Profile building a day e. 2 Articles Submission a week (3 articles directory per submission) f. 1 Web 2.0 Property creation a week. g. 2 Blog Directory Submission a day h. 2 RSS Feed Submission a day i. 2 blog commenting a week. j. 1 Press Release a month k. Social Media Optimization – As usual

Please explain what SB is, how web 2.0 applies, and what you mean by 2 RSS Feed submissions a day relevant to a site that sells a product(s).

It is good to promote the web in initially for seb but what to do for three or four year old site if the site have o pr so tell me how to start seo for that kind of site

Nice list. But I don't think most starters can have a so comprehensive resources list at the beginning. 3 - 5 kind of link building methods would be fine for starters, building list takes time.
