For personal use, I will go for Facebook but for commercial and advertising purpose I will go for Twitter.

I go for Facebook, compared to other social networking site, it is pretty obvious that Facebook has a lot of users. Facebook's popularity is increasing everyday and its concept is really very effective that is why many online users do have a Facebook account.
