I think for beginners, it’d be better to go with completely free hosting but if you are experienced then don’t waste time on cheap type of thing. I like HostGator fair bit, it’s not the cheapest one but still is fairly affordable. I even have CDN in place because most of my visitors are from different region and with BitsNGo (my CDN), it’s all easy to manage due to their 100+ POPs across the globe and have excellent structure with security also figured out. I started off with their 30 days trial but now on with it for full time!

Godaddy is quite cheap, but doesn't give you the performance. I personally use bluehost and have found it to be quite good. It's not so expensive either.

You should give a try to Everest.net. Their uptime has been 100% for me. I've been using them well over a year, and I couldn't be happier!
