Instead of all above tips, I think a well balanced diet that contain fresh fruit and vegetable or Exercise which you do everyday are two most common thing that play a role to make you fit and healthy.

It is hard to be a multiple personality, not having good health. Best exercises for health should be simple. Such exercises should be available to all women and men, children and people aged. Best exercises for health can be performed almost anywhere. Not necessarily recorded in the athletic hall. Coaching can be done at home or in the yard, even better, if there is a playground with simple shells (bench, horizontal bar). Hello. I want to tell you that I agree you with you guys about tops of good health. First of all, you need to exercise. It�s better to do workout in the morning. Then you need to have good and fresh food. Remember how sweets and fat can ruin your health and your fit body. So, be healthy!

1) Morning Walk
2) Drink more water
3) Take healthy food
4) sleep at list 8 hours in night
5) Avoid Tension
